Trudy’s Landing is located on a lake waterfront. The foundation includes a long and tall cantilevered concrete retaining walls designed to integrate the house harmoniously with the natural grade and surrounding environment.
This house is framed with light wood with concealed and exposed structural steel and glulam elements. Tall and slender heavy timber wood framed shear walls transfer the seismic loads to the ground while respecting the architectural intent.
