What I stand for

That is why I decided to name my company Kaisen Design; it is a direct tribute to the kaizen philosophy. This Japanese business philosophy focuses on continuous improvement. The goal is greater efficiency, higher quality and less waste.
I keep on questioning my way of doing things, looking at what could be improved to be better. In other words: I always work hard to make the world a better place.

About
I come from a French family that has always valued art. We share a deep appreciation of fine arts, design, and beautiful things. I grew up learning and developing my sense of architectural details and simplicity, and I gained an intimate understanding of construction by spending two years working as a painter, finishing carpenter, and carpenter.
My grandparents, parents, most of my siblings, and numerous cousins are entrepreneurs as well. Vision, creativity, strength of character, and achievement: this is what runs through our veins.
In my practice, I work just like I ski—faster than most. And I work hard every day to keep it that way.

I highly recommend him
We worked with Adrien on a new build in Pemberton. He was fantastic to work with, greatly cared about the look of the finished product, provided highly detailed drawings and was always there to answer questions.
When the geotechnical Engineer changed his mind about the load bearing ability of the rock (supporting the stairwell to the house) after blasting, he suggested suspending it rather than doing remedial work. This turned out to be one of the most stunning features of the house. I would work with Adrien again and highly recommend him.
