This three-storey Blueberry Hill house is made of exterior walls, roof SIP panels and light wood framing. Inside, a system of glulam posts and beams create an open-concept layout.
Some steel elements have been incorporated to keep the structure concealed in some areas and respect the architectural intent. Built on a steep slope, the foundation includes a tall retaining wall supported with concrete buttress walls to limit the concrete use.
